yesterday heritage trail rocked! our group (group 2) consisted of me, evelyn, yixian, lee xin yi, suying and our dear group marshall hongling. we were pro! haha and we kept running and so we were super tired at the end of the thing. but we got 2nd so thats good :D cheryl's group got 1st cos they got all the bonuses and went to 8 stations. we went to 9 stations. :D
after heritage trail, went to plazasing with sandy, charis and yenjin. zihui couldnt come ): ate kfc. and when we finished, oli and meiting appeared. so we all went to look for huibin's present but i had to leave at like 320. hoho i was late for tuition. i went in at 420, but hilary told me that she only went in like a few minutes before me (x as usual, hilary and i laughed a lot. omg jieyang is gay. he put his hands in his tshirt and he just fell asleep. like, he straightjacketed himself which was really very spastic. all of us were laughing at him. our laughter woke him up and laoshi told him to take his hands out of his tshirt HAHAHA AMUSING.

hilary keeps asking me what i want for my birthday and i keep telling her i dont know ._. anyway she wants a phone so on her birthday next year i could get her a toy phone HEHE. i know she really wants my phone but ohwell. today during guides, renice came to me and said "iris, i received your email" and i was like HEHEHEHE. and shuli who was next to renice said "iris you very lame leh!" and i was like "HOW COME YOU KNOW o:" and renice told me that both of them were in the library when she checked her email and saw the email i sent her which was really very lame. and apparently shuli saw it too. HAHA i am spastic :D
and i was spastic during lunch today. cher, jas and i went to comp lab to print script and i was laughing like idontknowwhat. i was spastic after guides too. saying "HELLO THERE" to almost everybody i saw. even this guy who was like someone's dad i think. o: and people gave me weird looks but ohwell. evelyn was laughing. i was spastic during gadget comp too! xinyi and i went around looking for baby coconuts because they were cute and so we found 4 (meiting also helped to search) and we named the 4 baby coconuts fluffy, baby, coco and nut. fluffy baby coconut! because the baby coconut was really very fluffy and cute (: meiting fell in love with coco and i liked fluffy a lot :D xinyi was avoiding the poor coconuts. i tell you man. i answered heng's question. i didn't refer to what stupid garbage she wrote or whatever. xinyi and i were counting the number of criterias there were and we counted 30. we saw the total mark was 60. SO WE DID IT ALL BY OURSELVES LAH HENG YOU STUPID GARBAGE YOU. and you still scolded me after i answered your question. you know what? next time, i'll know better than to answer your questions. it's always like that. you complain that people don't answer your questions, and then when people actually DO answer your questions, you either shoot down their answers or you scold them for various reasons. damn it la, why do you think no one wants to answer? it's like, wth? you keep nagging about us being unresponsive and all that but if we respond, you dont take our response very nicely.
and you keep saying bad stuff about rows of 9. it's all in your mind okay. even if we were back in rows of 3, we'd still be able to talk to our neighbours isnt it? so the noise level is pretty much the same. geez lah you.

that was utterly random. but something to think about anyhow (:

i shall now tell you about my story ahma xiao3hai2zi de zao1yu4.
last night at 1am (which is still counted as today), cheryl made me sleep at almost 1. mmhm and that resulted in me oversleeping by half an hour this morning. goose la i didnt even hear the alarm ring and woke up only when my maid came in and said "it's 730 already!" and i was like o: so i woke up, went to bathe and then i fell asleep on my mum's bed.
then i left the house after breakfast. i walked to the mrt station and when i was walking up the steps to the mrt station, i tripped and fell. then i went to tap my card at the taptap place and when i was going to keep my wallet, my arm hit the taptap machine and my wallet flew out of my hands. and then i waited 7 mins for the train to come, but it was crowded like idontknowwhat. so i couldnt get on -.- waited for next train which was 3 mins. and got on.
on the train, i wanted to take out my phone to check if anyone smsed. then i dig dig dig my bag to look for my phone, but i couldnt find it. so i was super scared and i thought i lost it. so after worrying for about 6 stops, i suddenly felt vibrations coming from my bag. AND I WAS SUPER HAPPY :D and that was how jasmine's sms saved my life :D
while sitting on the train, i was just happily listening to music and smsing. then suddenly, i saw this weird weird bug crawling on my bag. luckily im not louisa so i didnt scream, but i was quite scared of it. so i shook my bag and buggie flew to the man sitting next to me's shirt. after a while, i thought i was safe. but that man went off BUT LEFT BUGGIE ON THE CHAIR T_T so slowly slowly, buggie walked over to me and was on me. so i was like trembling trembling. then i decided to just get up and move to another seat. thankfully buggie didnt follow.
and then i was a bit late to go to jasmine's house. so i took 98 from lakeside right. and then i got lost. i ended up at jurong port dontknowwhat. and i saw this sign which said "JURONG BIRD PARK" and i told jasmine and jasmine was like "omgomgomgomgomg" so she asked me to take 98 back. i wanted to jaywalk but it was almost impossible la. too many cars. so i just decided to walk back to the previous stop. while i was walking, two 98s went past me T_T and when i reached the previous stop, i sat there and waited. two 30s passed by and i told jasmine. and jasmine said 30 actually can take T_T anyway the 98 finally came and i hopped on. so i was standing in the bus looking around for the paper which tells you which stop the bus goes to and i found it and took it. then this really really nice malay lady talked to me :D
nicelady: hello, are you lost? where do you want to go?
iris: uh, yeah. i'm going to block 357 yung an road.
nicelady: oh, yung an road. it's somewhere ahead. this is block 100+ so it should be the next stop or next next stop
iris: oh okay thank you

and she went off. :D i love nice ladies like her (:
and i got off when i saw cher and jas. so i wasnt lost anymore :D

end of story. no more zaoyu already :D
at jasmine's house, we watched some show on channel 55 while looking for recipes. couldnt decide on a recipe so we just stoned and watched tv+use the com. then when we decided on the recipe, we set off on our expedition to ntuc :D
at the place there, cher and i saw this kiddy ride and we really really wanted to sit on it. so we decided to go sit it later :D! so we went to ntuc first. at ntuc, we got what we wanted. and after that we went to buy lunch :D bought cai4fan4. then we went to sit the kiddy ride which cost only 40c HAHA so cool right!
cher was the first to sit on it. cos we took turns. then jasmine was sitting on the bench probably trying not to associate herself with us. then it was my turn! :D went one round and then jasmine wanted to sit HAHAHA. all 3 of us were laughing till we got stomachaches la HAHA. so after jasmine sat, cherie sat again. then me, then jas, then cher and it kept going like that for quite long. eh! for 40c the kiddy ride is very good leh! it went like 10 over rounds la. and we had so much fun :D:D laughing and laughing while some people were staring. after that, trish said she was surprised the machine didnt break. aww man! hahahaha. we are light people xD
then we went back and on the way back, i said "i'm not 13 years old! i'm 3!" and jasmine and cher are both 4 years old. :D we are little kids! we are happy little kids :D
ate lunch then trish came and after lunch we started :D the first time, we failed terribly. so trish and jas had to go buy more ingredients cos we ran out ): so cher and i looked for the handheld mixer thing and tried to do the ppt (we didnt do it btw hahaha) we found the mixer and then we just stoned. then trish and jas reappeared :D and we started our 2nd attempt. i took photos. :D and a video too. of which i am not in hohoho. anyway, trish is a pro baker hahaha. and we all found out that many many many many people want biochem+geog :D

anyway, our 2nd attempt failed terribly as well =/ so i dont know what we're gonna do now. garh!

well mainly the stuff that happened after school. :D
went with vic and ethel to have a drink in the canteen. brought my bag down so i didnt need to go up again ^^ yup. vic and i drank ribena, ethel drank ice lemon tea. and we just sat there talking and laughing and laughing. LOL
then i went with xinyi and jean to the guides store so xinyi could label her twigs. and after that sandy came down and i went to the toilet with her. and then charis appeared. and i called my mum to ask if i could go have dinner with sandy and she said okay :D
then guides :D we had scavenger hunt! haha. went around searching for the items then planned the skit. then proceeded advanced (thats what they said haha) to the LT! where we presented our skits :D
oh but before that we had to transport our bags from canteen to LT. and i was racing with meiting to the canteen. and then after grabbing my stuff i went back to the LT with meiting. overheard litang saying something like "be more strict with them" o:

omg while we were down there acting ah. our newspaper box suddenly died. it broke and everything dropped out. then oli was like "why are you still carrying the umbrella?!" and she took it from my hand and threw it aside. then i laughed, and laughed. till my face went red, eyes watered and got a stomachache ;_; darn. and shucks la. everyone saw my face go red T_T when i was walking back to my seat then meiting was like "IRIS YOUR FACE WAS ALL RED" D:
after everyone presented, we had PSST. which is PT + song session. ran around the school then did starjumps and leg lifts and pumpings. and all the while, jolene's parents were taking photos of her o:

met eugena back at school and chinny too. so we all went to the swing. and we saw grace and er, szehan is it. yeah. we left after about 5 mins :P haha. and chinny and eugena were complaining that they were hungry and charis and i were sort of like suan-ing them by telling them that we were full and all that. nyehyehye. we wanted to go into the audi to sit but well, jasmine from 208 chased me out ): sad la. rawr!
so we all went out and sat at the area there. amanda, charis, yenjin and i were talking about guides positions =/ and chinny was next to me complaining about her empty stomach HAHAHA woops. then yuxin came along :D she says she thinks she sprained her left hip. ): i hope she's okay!

hello! i'm finally going to blog about xcountry :D which was the best best best ever xcountry i ever had in my life :D i love twoten loads and loads and loads (:

there's a scheduled outage at 4pm PDT and i dont know what time in singapore time that is so i think i better hurry up and get done with this post (:

okay firstly my dad sent me to turf city. at the turf city entrance, i heard on the radio that they said "in britain, cross countries are considered at CHILD ABUSE" haha and i was telling me dad "ohh we're running cross country today. child abuse child abuse!"
haha when i reached, the first person i saw was rouying, who was waving rather madly at me. put down our stuff and when we sat down, some of us started to play charades :D quite amusing hahaha.
yep then it was time for the run walk! :D

i think it was rouying who spotted the squished frog which made louisa scream and louisa was quite scared of walking on the grass after that cos silly me told her "there could be frogs on the grass and you never know if you stepped on one" HOHO! anyway i think it was trish who said that the squished frog was a toad. heng :D
yep so most of twoten joined hands and started our walk as the 210 walkers party :D aka the WP (: (note: WALKERS party, not WORKERS party :D) and so we walked :D
we were right at the back of the crowd of people. so we kept trying to overtake people so that we wouldnt be right at the back. yeah but the people we overtook kept overtaking us again -.- haha. after walking for a while, twoten stopped joining hands but we still more or less walked as a class :D
garytang&co came driving in a buggy which made us all scream and start running D: and then he said "girls, just move to the side, don't keep running forward!"
and we were like -.- so we just moved to the side and let his buggy go past :D and we continued walking! nyehyehye (x
halfway through, i dont know whose idea was it to sing songs but we started to sing national day songs :D we were all super hypered la! and when garytang in his buggy (again) beeped at us, we started shouting beeps too HAHA!
we sang Home, We Are Singapore, Where I Belong, One United People, etc. :D
and we formed the 210 walking choir! which consisted of me, ethel, eugena, bianca, tricia, jasmine, cherie, mabel, qian, and a lot of other people from 210 :D
we walked and sang and walked and sang and people kept staring at us but we were having so much fun :D
when it was the last stretch of the xcountry, someone suggested running, then the 210 choir all suddenly started sprinting to the finish line. that was super weird. hahaha. then we all went to get our bags. but our bags had mysteriously disappeared. turns out they'd been shifted -.-
we got back our bags and sat down. the lucky draw is screwed la -.- and after that we sang national day songs :D 210 choir was enthu again (: doing all sorts of weird actions for Home. and for Stand Up For Singapore, we decided to jump up :D so we were jumping and jumping and then after a while, 201 decided to copy us. ^o)
this sec1 girl was staring at us and did the siao sign. and she rolled her eyes. i decided to ignore her cos i was feeling happy at the moment :D then the xcountry ended and we went to plaza singapura :D oh while we were discussing where to go, i saw oli, sharlene, calean and meiting. oli said i was nuts and sharlene said she feels sad about this year's 210. because we're crazy people. and she was wondering "what happened to our juniors?!" hahaha! i told her we are just happy people :D

walked a long long way to get out of turf city and the 174 was crowded like nuts la. yumi almost couldnt get on =/ eventually all of us got a seat when the bus was less crowded :D at first i was standing and then i saw sandy. so i waved at her, but she didnt see. so i waved my flag in her face, but she still didnt see. then this guy who was sitting 2 seats behind sandy laughed at me. ._. but eventually sandy saw me :D sat behind sandy with ethel after that. my flag dropped on the floor ): now my flag is on the bed and my tiger is carrying it :D

super tiring walking around in plaza. our legs were aching but we couldnt find anything to buy. finally we bought something. nyehyehye.
ethel wanted to take neos but apparently nobody else really wanted to take neos. haha. wanted to go to gail's house after that but decided not to cos i didnt know why i wanted to go there for ._.

cheryl kept me awake last night till almost 12 before we both went off. but nvm that's kinda random.

today was a fun day! well, morning was :D
i love science sia meetings. hahaha funfun :D anyway! today jiangyue was super amusing in the morning. she called me to say she was lost in the mrt station. then i gave her directions but she was still lost. so she said she'll ask for directions from the people around her and she'll call me when she finds her way. then she called me.
jiangyue: i'm not lost anymore! you know what happen? i put down the phone and i looked in front and i saw the big plaza singapura sign right in front of me.
and i was like o: wow. HAHA JIANGYUE IS THE PRO LA (x
then in plaza, she walked right past me and didn't see me. i was on the phone with claudia so i couldnt call out to her. so i reached out my hand and gave her a light smack. she turned and got a shock.
then claudia appeared so we all went to do science (: went to ljs. then jiangyue didnt want sandwich so we went to kfc. claudia and i watched jiangyue eat, while we all thought of our toy. :D
then we went shopping HAHAHA. because we had already decided on our toy so yeah. jiangyue bought a pencil for zhenping. and at zed&zee (which is a really cool shop btw :D the plastic bag they have is nice!) all 3 of us bought postits from funnyfarm :D SUPER CUTE LA! (x then we went walking around again. claudia bought a card from precious thots and we went to spotlight to get our materials :D after buying what we needed, we went for lunch! (cos claudia and i kept on complaining that we were hungry)
we ate longjohns :D jiangyue went to the toilet and claudia wrote her card and i stoned. when jiangyue came back, she was like "I SAW SHIRLEY WONG" hahahaha. shirley wong was wearing a pink top and a miniskirt. she was alone. HAHA. i can imagine. claudia and i bought our food and all 3 of us talked and talked and talked and kept talking until we overshot our time. we were supposed to end at 130 cos claudia had church. we ended up leaving at 2. claudia and i freaked jiangyue out by telling her about the end time, which according to claudia, will be in our generation. damn, im super scared of it ): but claudia says we shouldnt be. so i shant be ;_;

i bought this pack of pappadums during lunch and brought it home. i reached home at 740. when i ate it, it was still crispy. so for about 7 hours, it stayed crispy. HOW COOL IS THAT?!?! my mum and bro like the pappadums (: hahaha!

especially the last 2 lessons. we were doing math. then i asked lydia to move and join tables with me. and gail moved her table too. and that started the revolution. the back rows decided to move their tables as well. and the other side rows moved too. so our whole class became super close together and we had rows of 9 for seating :D and shockingly, heng didnt get pissed off or anything. she tolerated all our "nonsense". and and we did KALLANG WAVE :D super super funny! started when soohan or someone said "lets sing national day songs!" then we sang we are singapore. then jasmine or someone said "lets do kallang wave!" so we did kallang wave :D at first it kept stopping at eemin, but in the end it was successful. and o: heng saw and said "you all practising for national day ah?" LOL (she seemed pissed but didnt scold much. she only said something about there's a time to laugh and there's a time to be serious blahblah :D)
